Annual General Meeting 2014

Dornie Invitation to Members   Notice is hereby given that the 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in Coigach Community Hall, Achiltibuie on Tuesday 11th of November at 7.30pm, for the following purposes:  

  1. To receive the directors’ reports and the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2014.
  1. Approval of the accounts.
  1. To fix the annual subscriptions.
  1. To elect directors. In terms of the Company’s Articles of Association it is noted that one third of the Directors must retire by rotation at this AGM.

Director Nomination Forms must be returned no later than 7pm on 4th November If you are unable to attend but wish to appoint a proxy, the proxy form must be lodged at the Registered Office [Coigach Community Hall] not less than 48 hours before the time of the meeting at which the proxy is to be used. As a reminder of one of our Articles of Association (Article 13), although all members are invited to attend, only members who have paid their current annual subscription (£5) are entitled to vote or take part in the AGM. If you have not done so this year, you may pay your subscription on the night. Accounts for the year will be circulated to members 21 days prior to the AGM.
